Vypustek cave
Organised by
Vladislav Kurz
At the beginning of the 60´s this cave was taken over by the Czechoslovakian army. They had built an underground nuclear shelter inside of one corridor in the cave. It was top secret until November 2006, and accessible now. So you can see how a cold war nuclear shelter looks like. http://www.cavemk.cz/the-vypustek-cave/ I'd like you to mark if you are interested so that I can make a booking and ask for English speaking guide. The caves are quite busy, so booking is necessary at leas two weeks in advance. The cave is in nearby village Křtiny, where you can visit a beautiful church. We can go there by bus/cars, and walk back (9-12 km depends on the route you choose.) Long route: https://en.mapy.cz/s/2BkJg Shor route: https://en.mapy.cz/s/2BkJD
