Laxey to Snaefell on foot (might wimp out on the way back)
Organised by
Jason Irwin
From here: A bracing 6.5 mile walk up to the highest summit on the island and, if the long-range weather forecast can be believed, the possibility of actually being able to see something! Forecast: There is a cafe at the summit, or bring a packed lunch if you prefer. Descent can either be on foot for the insane, or via the mountain railway. Departure from the back door of the hall, 0900 sharp.
