Hike to Knighton over the other Caer Caradoc Organised by Vladislav Kurz |

| Let's take a train at 09:29 to Hopton Heath and walk 18 km to Knighton. There are some attractions on the way - Hopton Castle, Caer Caradoc, Offa's Dyke, and finally some pubs in Knighton. Return train goes at 16:21 (if we walk fast), or 21:18 (with PoTD in Knighton - any recommendations?). For those who feel the path is too long, it is possible to take train to Bucknell (or to end there). Return ticket to Knighton is recommended, as it is only 10p more expensive than one-way ticket. So the return ride is essentially for free. | |||||
