Set out tables, power sockets on tables, check ceiling mounted projector, check projector screen rolls down on stage, Test building Wifi, set up LBW5gig Wifi repeaters beaming to outside. Consider Pubs Of The Day transports because we are not conveniently-walking-safely near any. Read local activity leaflets for Excursions like Ullswater Steamers on Lake Ullswater and Keswick Brewery.
